All scenarios catered for, individual care plans to suit every horse. We take great pride in a safe, happy herd environment. Whilst we are taking care of your foaling mare or putting your mare in foal there are a number of livery options available. 

• Grass Livery includes grazing paddocks and large pastures fenced suitably with post and rail. A fresh water supply, adequate shelter from adverse weather (natural and/or shelters) and professional supervision. Single barren mares live together and mares due to foal and mare with foals at foot live in independent small groups. 

• Stabled Livery and/or barn livery for mares who are bad to catch or cannot be turned out in groups is available.

• Foaling mares will be stabled at night and out in small group turnout during the day, all our foaling boxes are atleast 16ft by 16ft, those and the  pregnant mare fields are covered by CCTV cameras & mares are also fitted with foaling alarms when they are close to foaling. When your foal is born our experienced team partnered with out veterinarian will make a plan regarding the turnout & health management of the new born foal but generally they will have individual turnout to start with and then be introduced to small group of mares and foals of similar age and build up to longer periods of 24 hour turnout if suitable.

• Long term mares can be introduced to the permanent group in the summer but we do not take new mares in the winter, permanent livery spaces are limited
